A little help,
for your family.

Start with a few small agreements. These answers explain how tasks, coins, gifts, savings, and parent approvals work together.

An easy first day

Create two small tasks, agree on one meaningful gift, and let your child choose whether to spend or save their first coins. The conversation matters as much as the numbers.

Common questions

What should a parent do first?

Agree on a few small tasks and wishes together. Open the parent entry on the home screen, set a 6–12 digit PIN your child does not know, and create tasks and gifts. No account, sign-in, or network connection is needed.

How does a completed task earn Migo Coins?

The child first submits the task. A parent can confirm it directly on Today using a parent PIN, Face ID, or Touch ID. The reward is issued after confirmation. Each task can earn its reward only once.

Can we have more than three daily tasks?

Yes. Parents choose how many tasks to arrange and whether they repeat every day or on selected weekdays. Start with a few understandable, achievable tasks, then adjust to your family. The home screen displays the actual tasks and progress for the day.

Why is there a bank?

The bank lets a child set aside part of their rewards for the future. Parents choose the waiting period and the maturity bonus. Deposited coins cannot be spent on gifts while saved. Early withdrawal returns only the principal; waiting until maturity earns the agreed bonus.

Is this real money? Can coins be purchased or cashed out?

No. Migo Coins are virtual household rewards. They cannot be purchased with cash, cashed out, or transferred. Parents set, approve, and fulfill all gifts. The app does not provide real banking or investment services.

Why does a gift need parent approval?

Requesting a gift does not immediately spend coins. Approval checks the available balance and deducts the coins. The parent marks the gift fulfilled after delivering it. An approved, unfulfilled gift can be cancelled by a parent and its coins refunded.

Does missing a day erase stamps or deduct coins?

No. Earned coins and stamps stay. Unfinished tasks remain in history without deducting coins or carrying over to the next day. Progress is about accumulated effort, with space for interruptions.

Do records sync to another iPhone or iPad?

The current version stores records locally on each device and has no cloud sync. Please do not delete the app as a troubleshooting step; doing so may erase family records. Recovery through a device backup depends on Apple's backup settings.

What if Face ID is unavailable or I forget the parent PIN?

Use the parent PIN when biometrics are unavailable. If you forget it, keep the app and current device and contact a feedback channel first. Never send the PIN. Avoid deleting the app to reset it, as this may erase local records.

Feedback & privacy questions

If you are using the TestFlight beta, open TestFlight, choose Migo World, and tap “Send Beta Feedback.” Include the app version, device model, and what you were doing when the problem appeared.

Please do not include your parent PIN, a child's full name, photos, address, or other sensitive information. If a screenshot contains family details, remove or cover them before sending it.
